Kaitlyn’s practice allows her to work collaboratively with real estate and energy clients, seeing projects transform from idea to physical reality.
Kaitlyn focuses on real estate transactions with an emphasis on development for corporate and renewable energy projects. She has experience with conducting title, survey and due diligence review; preparing leases, easements and curative instruments; and researching and advising on development incentives. Kaitlyn finds it rewarding to work closely with clients on real estate projects that she can watch develop from the ground up.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience as an extern for the Hon. Robert Bacharach at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as an intern for the Hon. James R. Winchester at the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
