Julie is a paralegal who concentrates her work in the areas of employment and labor law, business immigration, employment litigation and employee benefits.

Julie assists clients with human resources legal matters, including affirmative action plan drafting and compliance, I-9 requirements, employment policies, employment-based temporary visa petitions and applications for permanent residency, including PERM applications and petitions based on applicants’ extraordinary ability. She also supports numerous attorneys in employment litigation, employee benefits and labor law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Julie worked as a human resources professional. She has 15 years of extensive experience in recruiting; benefit administration; policy drafting and administration; HRIS database administration; I-9 compliance; employee orientations; and performance management for various companies, from small not-for-profit organizations to large publicly traded corporations.

Julie served on active duty in the U.S. Navy for four years.
