Julia is an intensely focused litigator who brings a keen mind, astute judgment and more than two decades of experience to resolve client issues.

Julia genuinely understands the concerns of manufacturers she assertively represents in employment litigation, as well as commercial, product liability and toxic tort litigation. She uses her analytical prowess to assess costs and areas of risk and uncertainty.

Clients rely on Julia for counsel on employment agreements, severance agreements, independent contractor issues, internal investigations, harassment and discrimination claims, and restrictive covenants.

In addition, Julia often acts as outside general counsel for manufacturing clients, advising not only on employment matters, but also on dispute resolution and commercial contract review. She also ensures that her clients are protected in matters beyond the narrow scope of one assignment. When Julia discovers such issues, she informs the client and proactively addresses the problems. Rapid response is Julia’s M.O. She returns calls quickly and acts immediately when matters are urgent.
