Joy uses her extensive experience and organizational skills to help attorneys move clients through complex litigation.

Clients and attorneys rely on Joy to manage procedures and review documents for litigation. She works in all phases of litigation, from discovery and responsive pleadings, to trial preparation. Since her first exposure to the courtroom as a paralegal, Joy has enjoyed helping clients and attorneys with litigation and made it the focus of her career.

Joy focuses primarily on asbestos litigation. She has extensive experience working with expert witnesses, major law firms, corporations, and various federal and state courts. She assists attorneys in collection, preparation, organization and management of documents, and manages asbestos defense trust funds.

Joy began her path to paralegal work when she took an introductory course in her degree program. She was intrigued by the law and decided to pursue it as a career.
