Joe represents owners, developers and investors in commercial real estate projects of all types and sizes, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, ground lease development projects, and construction.

He also has extensive experience representing tenants and landlords with respect to retail, office, medical office, industrial and telecommunication leasing matters.

A portion of Joe’s practice includes representing energy companies with respect to real estate matters, including development projects for electric-generating facilities and wind farms.

Joe also has experience assisting non-profit organizations with real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale and leasing of various church properties and community centers.

  • Serves as counsel for a national retailer in connection with "big-box" lease transactions, ground leases, acquisitions and sales for a large portfolio of properties across the country.
  • Represented national retailer in connection with its distribution centers.
  • Represented national hospice company with respect to its leasing matters in ninety-five (95) locations across the country.
  • Represented national mortgage company with respect to its leasing matters in over ninety (90) locations across the country.
  • Represented landowner in connection with fifteen (15) separate land sale transactions of various properties located in Dallas and Tarrant Counties.
  • Assisted real estate company in connection with the leasing and eventual sale of several large office buildings in Texas.
