Jonah’s transactional experience and tax knowledge offer clients a unique perspective on federal and state tax credit projects.

Jonah represents investors, developers and community development entities on projects nationwide. His skill set enables him to work collaboratively with project teams to structure, negotiate and close sophisticated financial transactions utilizing federal and state tax credit investments.

Jonah assists investors, developers and community development entities on the financing of projects qualifying for federal and state New Markets Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. He guides clients through the unique structuring considerations and compliance issues found in such transactions. Jonah enjoys the cooperative nature of these projects because all parties involved share a common goal: to move the transaction forward for the ultimate benefit of the communities in which the projects are located.
