Jodi assists clients and legal teams with complex litigation in the real estate sector.

Clients relying on Jodi’s 20 years of legal and customer service experience include condos and homeowners associations (HOAs), unit owners, developers, insurance companies, banks, contractors and subcontractors, municipalities, architects and engineering firms, among others. She collaborates with the firm’s two lawyers who are the only Wisconsin attorneys admitted to the national College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). Jodi also works closely with clients to meet deadlines and move complex multiparty litigation forward, including:

  • Negligence claims
  • Breach of contract disputes
  • Bid protests
  • Compliance investigations

Jodi’s paralegal background includes litigation as well as intellectual property, where she regularly facilitated matters for innovative inventors and developers, protecting their ideas. Clients also appreciate Jodi’s experience in human resources, where she regularly identified best fits between people and opportunities.

Outside the Office

Jodi is on the move: boats, snowmobiles and IndyCar races.

In winter, Jodi and her husband snowmobile. In summer, they enjoy taking their boat out in Door County. Jodi is also a fan and follower of IndyCar racing.

Community Leadership

For many years, Jodi has volunteered her time, talent and skills to her snowmobile organization as club secretary, maintaining membership rolls, spearheading communications and managing numerous other administrative tasks for the recreational league.
