In addition, he advocates for health care providers undergoing false claims investigations by the Office of Inspector General and State Medicaid Fraud Control Units.
Jim's clients include numerous health care providers, including ambulatory surgical centers, assisted living facilities, community health centers, durable medical equipment providers, home health agencies, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical firms, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, and other health care providers.
