Jerry knows that hard work and legal knowledge are not enough. He provides strong working relationships with clients at all stages of business growth.

Jerry understands that client needs come first and he strives to be a business partner and advocate for clients in addition to a legal advisor. Jerry is passionate about moving companies forward at all phases and stages of development, whether startups are implementing innovative new ideas or established corporations are taking on strategic mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining the firm Jerry held numerous internships, including for the Korea Research and Innovation Center (KIC) Europe in Brussels, an organization that generates opportunities for startups and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expand into European markets.

Clients and legal teams appreciate that Jerry is hard working and detail-oriented, while keeping the big picture – and customized client goals – in mind. He values putting clients at ease on a day-to-day basis and being part of their solutions and successes.

Outside the Office

Jerry cooked a 10-course gourmet dinner for his mom’s birthday.

No online shopping for this mom. Anyone doubting Jerry’s dedication or work ethic need look no further. In addition to the courses pictured, Jerry’s birthday menu included tortellini alla bolognese in chicken consommé; butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter sauce and toasted pine nuts; okra two ways with cherry tomato sauce; and sole meunière with pickled lemons, spinach chips and brown butter sauce.

Community Leadership

Jerry participates in PurpleStride, the walk to end Pancreatic Cancer. In collaboration with his synagogue, he’s also involved in numerous education and outreach initiatives to assist the underserved.
