Coming from a family with various careers in real estate, Jane understands firsthand the Denver real estate market and views each of her projects as an opportunity to find the right solution for clients.

Jane’s transactional real estate practice involves drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and survey matters, researching economic development incentive programs at the state and local level, and drafting state-specific leases to ensure compliance with applicable landlord-tenant law.

Her previous work as a summer associate with the real estate team at Husch Blackwell provided her with valuable background in this practice area. She also gained transactional real estate experience as a legal intern at a senior housing company in Denver. She drafted outside provider agreements, title objection letters, leases, lien waivers and closing instruction letters. She also conducted research on the special challenges of senior housing, including licensing issues, resident rights, disclosures and fair housing issues.
