Jackie focuses her practice on corporate transactions and taxation law.

In this capacity, Jackie assists clients with a wide range of legal issues, including preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, advising on federal and state tax issues, and providing general business counseling.

To better serve clients, Jackie is currently pursuing her CPA license.

  • Represented third-generation of family-owned beverage manufacturer in $93 million Section 338(h)(10) stock sale to leading Midwest-based private equity firm.
  • Represented owners of two commercial flooring companies in stock sale for approximately $60 million, including $3 million subordinated note and approximately $8 million allocated to noncompete agreements and consulting agreements with companies' majority owners.
