Jackie is passionate about serving as a true business advisor to a broad range of clients across sectors. She enjoys helping clients navigate the intersection of legal, financial and individual business considerations. Matters she handles for clients include:

  • Represented commercial vehicle lessor and fleet manager in syndicated credit facility and sale of senior and subordinated notes in transactions valued at more than $1 billion.
  • Represented Italian company in its divestiture of Wisconsin-based manufacturer of packaging equipment for approximately $30 million in combined stock.
  • Represented third-generation of family-owned beverage manufacturer in $93 million Section 338(h)(10) stock sale to leading Midwest-based private equity firm.
  • Represented owners of two commercial flooring companies in stock sale for approximately $60 million, including $3 million subordinated note and approximately $8 million allocated to noncompete agreements and consulting agreements with companies' majority owners.

Jackie loves to travel and explore new places. She’s especially fond of Spain, where she has visited multiple times after studying abroad in Seville.
