Jackie works closely with clients to develop, draft and enforce employment contracts, policies, training, restrictive covenants and compliance benchmarks that put employers in an optimal position to avoid sensitive litigation.
Clients appreciate Jackie’s background as a coordinator and project manager at a global publisher, where she collaborated with up to 200 subject-matter experts while building artificial intelligence (AI)-based materials. Jackie also created content for an industry trade association, collaborating at all levels of the supply chain, from growers, manufacturers, distributers and finishers. In both positions, Jackie observed the moving pieces employers must keep running efficiently amidst changing regulations.
