Isaac brings an academic background in economics to his legal counsel and guidance. Isaac’s ability to pragmatically analyze and strategize complex corporate transactions is appreciated by clients of all sizes and stages of maturity. He works closely with clients across industry sectors on a variety of transactional matters including:

Isaac is valued for his knack in asking the right questions, working efficiently yet thoroughly for optimal client results, and his availability to clients and legal team members. Before joining the firm, Isaac interned with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and served as a Supreme Court Bulletin Associate for the Legal Information Institute in Ithaca, New York.

Isaac enjoys traveling – sampling cuisine and exploring museums of other countries. Italy and Denmark are favorite destinations. Isaac has also visited India, Canada and Switzerland. Japan is on his shortlist. At home, Isaac enjoys reading and spending time at his local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym.
