Overview

Ian is an accomplished litigator achieving business-critical outcomes for corporate clients.

Ian represents clients facing complex civil actions, including defending class action suits, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and False Claims Act allegations, and antitrust claims. He has a strong track record of success in resolving complicated legal issues that would otherwise hamper business operations.

Ian also has extensive experience representing and counseling insurance companies related to coverage issues and bad faith allegations.

In addition to his civil defense work, Ian leverages his experience as a former public defender to assist businesses, their directors and their employees in the unfortunate event that they must interact with the criminal justice system. Ian assists clients who are facing an investigation into potential criminal conduct, who are defending against criminal charges or who are called upon as a witness to, or victim of, a criminal offense.
