His areas of focus include everything from trademarks and corporate structure analysis to healthcare compliance and tax legislation.
Hal serves primarily healthcare clients, including a multistate pharmacy benefits management company, an electronic hospital-discharge company, a 50-state home healthcare franchise company, a nursing home operator, and statewide nursing and chiropractic physicians trade associations. Other clients have included a Natural Resources District, a publicly traded waste hauler, a publicly traded international chemical company, several Nebraska recycling companies and a national chemical trade association.
Hal has authored numerous publications on Social Security and speaks frequently on healthcare public policy.
