  • Representative Transactions (including drafting of purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, joint venture agreements, construction agreements, and related documentation), as follows:
  • Dispositions of several regional malls including Montgomery Mall, AL; Almeda & Northwest Malls, TX; The Great Mall, KS; 112 community centers; and the strategic deed in lieu of foreclosure of two non-producing regional malls.
  • Land acquisition and development of the premier Scottsdale Quarter, Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Acquisition of Pearlridge Mall, Honolulu, HI; Town Center Plaza and Town Center Crossing, Leawood, Kansas.
  • Redevelopment of Ashland Town Center, Dayton Mall, Indian Mound Mall, Johnson City Mall, Northtown Mall, Polaris Fashion Place, Puente Hills Mall, River Valley Mall and the major transformations of the Supermall of the Great Northwest to The Outlet Collection | Seattle and the Jersey Gardens Mall to The Outlet Collection | Jersey Gardens.
  • The Blackstone Group Joint Venture – purchase of Westshore Plaza, Tampa & Lloyd Mall, Portland.
  • The Wolff Company – land purchase and construction of Scottsdale Quarter.
  • Oxford Properties Group (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System) joint venture for the purchase of Puente Hills Mall & Tulsa Promenade.
  • The St. Joe Company – development of a regional power center.
  • RSW Washtenaw JV – purchase of Arbor Hills Crossing, MI.
  • Crescent Resources – mixed-use community, Scottsdale Quarter, AZ.
