Frank has represented debtors, financial institutions, creditors’ committees, trustees, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases, liquidations, workouts, Chapter 128 receiverships and other insolvency proceedings. He also focuses on litigation and trial work in matters involving sophisticated commercial transactions.
