Frank concentrates his practice on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, financial institutions, creditors’ committees, trustees, secured creditors and unsecured creditors in reorganization cases, liquidations, workouts, Chapter 128 receiverships and other insolvency proceedings.
Frank, a member of Husch Blackwell’s Financial Services & Capital Markets group, has also focused on litigation and trial work in matters involving sophisticated commercial transactions. He regularly presents on bankruptcy and insolvency issues.

Before joining Husch Blackwell, Frank was a shareholder at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., where he led the firm’s Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy team. He previously was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm and served as law clerk to the Honorable Jon P. Wilcox of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
