She enjoys helping providers of all sizes navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape at a state and federal level. She assists clients with compliance, transactional and licensure matters including:

- Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement procedures
- Stark Law compliance
- Fraud, waste and abuse issues
Erica’s background includes working for a pharmaceutical company. Clients appreciate her inside perspective and compassion regarding the heavily regulated healthcare space they must navigate. She enjoys jumping in, striving to understand each client’s individual concerns and business goals, then applying customized legal solutions to complex legal issues.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Julie Ann Robinson, U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
