Emily values interacting with the community and getting to know the fabric of a city through its real estate transactions.

For more than 10 years, Emily worked in real estate development, where she strategized client solutions on all-phase projects from acquisition to development to property management.  Contract matters interested her most in this multifaceted position, which led to a paralegal career.
    
Emily assists attorneys who work with real estate developers – as well as local and national banks – in negotiating financing agreements, real estate purchase agreements and closing documents. She also reviews title documents, surveys and due diligence materials for real estate transactions. Clients appreciate Emily’s high energy and attention to detail on quick-moving real estate matters.

Outside the Office

Emily is certified with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, taking occasional shifts as an EMT. She also enjoys running and her college sport, rowing. She loves to travel, especially making visits to nieces and nephews in Florida and Maine.
