Overview

Clients value that Emily speaks both legal and financial languages as a banking & finance attorney.

With both an M.B.A. and J.D., Emily knows that business and the law are intertwined for clients. Multinational and domestic financial institutions, lenders, equity sponsors, public and privately held companies, and institutional investors are among those relying on Emily’s knowledge of both accounting and legal principals and how the two intersect. Her appreciation for clients’ bottom line is as robust as her legal guidance.

Emily is known for clear and up-front communication with clients and legal teams along with meticulous organizational and research skills.
