Outside the Office

Emily is a fan of St Louis’ Cherokee-Lemp District.

Emily enjoys the neighborhood’s live music, especially venues like Off Broadway, and the area’s well-known Antique Row of thrift, antique and second-hand shops. Her favorite pre-owned treasures are books, and her best find was an older copy of Lucy Maud Montgomery’s 1908 novel, “Anne of Green Gables.”

Community Leadership

Emily supports children who’ve lost a loved one.

Since the summer of 2014, Emily has volunteered with the BJC Hospice Stepping Stones Camp, an annual event for kids aged 6-12 who’ve experienced the death of a family member or close friend. Stepping Stones offers a place for children to grieve, along with traditional camp activities such as swimming and crafts.
