Ellie is passionate about helping clients and attorneys with complex immigration matters and global mobility.

As part of the firm’s Immigration team, Ellie enjoys facilitating a streamlined end-to-end process for every client facing an immigration issue, whether that be a major tech company with a high volume of worldwide employees or a critical singular green card issue. Matters Ellie monitors among clients, attorneys and agencies – such as the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) – include:

  • H-1B skilled worker visas
  • L-1 temporary worker visas
  • PERM labor certifications/green cards
  • I-9 verifications

Ellie aims to be the go-to person during what can feel like an unsure course of events. She is appreciated by clients and legal teams for her motivation, discipline, consistency, reliability and her ability to contribute improvements on behalf of clients.
