A dedicated litigator, Elizabeth is a staunch advocate for business interests and goals.

Elizabeth understands how litigation can help protect and grow a client’s company. She also knows proactive measures that prevent concerns before matters reach the courtroom can sometimes offer clients the best defense. Working closely with clients and legal teams, Elizabeth gets to know each client’s unique circumstances and industry before offering complex plans of legal action that help clients cost-efficiently stay on track with business goals, minimizing interruptions.

Having served as a judicial law clerk in the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Elizabeth brings experience in criminal, civil and appellate work to client commercial litigation. She is known for her ability to build relationships, collaborate and streamline optimal strategies and solutions on behalf of clients.

Outside the Office

Elizabeth and her husband stay busy with three young sons and their extracurricular activities, which – though constantly changing – currently span from sports to music: basketball, piano and drumline. Her high-wire act is coordinating their schedules.

Elizabeth is very active in her church, teaching music in the Sunday School Department along with other involvement.
