Overview

As a commercial litigator, Eduardo believes finding legal solutions to clients’ real-world problems is the best part of practicing law.

Appreciated as a strong writer and oral advocate, Eduardo focuses his practice on trial and appellate motion practice. He is devoted to client success, providing creative solutions and outside-the-box thinking in order to provide clients large and small, across industries, best pathways through business disputes.

Eduardo’s passion to navigate the law on behalf of others was sparked by his time as a medical-legal partnership coordinator at a community health center. Although not always immediately apparent, he observed how challenges patients faced could be resolved with legal means. Today, Eduardo continues to use the law as a tool to solve clients’ challenges as a member of the firm’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team. He prides himself on being able to synthesize complex matters, effectively communicate options and advance clients’ position to reach the best possible outcome.

Outside the Office

Eduardo is a history buff.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading United States political history and memoirs. When he is not making his way through a Doris Kearns Goodwin, 800-page presidential biography, Eduardo likes spending time with friends and family and exploring local Milwaukee restaurants. He has a particular fondness for mom-and-pop establishments, where one can taste family and cultural history in every bite.
