Daniel supports attorneys and clients in high-profile, bet-the-company litigation.

Daniel assists with a wide variety of commercial litigation defense matters, with a special focus on clients in the manufacturing and transportation industries. He has worked with corporate matters, complex product liability cases, wrongful death and personal injury suits, and toxic tort matters, especially those involving asbestos. Daniel has experience with the entire litigation process including drafting legal documents; assembling evidence, research and data; and filing to state and federal courts.

With a strong drive to win, Daniel knew early on that litigation was a perfect fit for his competitive nature. It’s also been a good fit for his love of learning and research and his excellent communication skills, all of which are reflected in his gift for document drafting and his enthusiasm for the discovery process and for digging through case law. Daniel truly enjoys sifting through records and searching for the one piece of information that will change a case, and he is determined to help achieve a win for clients.

Daniel is known as an exceptional communicator who always keeps clients informed. Both clients and attorneys frequently remark on his quick responsiveness to questions and requests.
