Daniel focuses his practice on private wealth. He has helped develop complex estate planning documents and assists in the implementation of strategies that minimize wealth transfer taxes. Additionally, he works on trust administration matters.
Daniel also advises business owners on various issues, including forming corporate entities, assisting with annual operations, and providing recommendations on various income, gift and estate taxation matters.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell in 2014, he served as judicial law clerk for The Honorable Scott Hill-Kennedy and The Honorable Ronald Nichols in the 49th Circuit Court of Michigan.
