Cooper is equally passionate about law and business. He earned an MBA alongside his J.D. so he could understand how the two fields intersect.

That course of study has proved invaluable to Cooper and the clients he represents. Cooper understands the goals and challenges of corporate clients, knows how to help them navigate routine and unexpected business matters, and has the training to correctly evaluate financial statements and similar materials. Cooper’s business background gives him useful insights on developing strategies, and he enjoys sitting down with clients to create the game plan that will get them where they want to be.

Cooper especially values building relationships and collaboration. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions for that reason: With teamwork, both parties will reach their goals and further their businesses.
