Colleen serves on the firm’s legal team that assists clients large and small – from emerging startups to multinational corporations – with sophisticated transactions including mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, securities and commercial contracting. She works with clients in a broad range of sectors including:

Detail-oriented, Colleen enjoys assisting clients with the granular aspects of complex deals that they might otherwise overlook or find unfamiliar. Clients and legal teams appreciate her broad background, having interned not only as a Summer Associate at the firm, but also at a leading transportation company and with an oil pipeline and storage group.

Outside the Office

Colleen is a former professional contemporary ballet company member.

Much of the activity – if not the extraordinary discipline – of her life in dance now involves getting outdoors with her fiancé, Patrick, and their high-energy German Shorthaired Pointer, Molly. Colleen is also a home-taught Italian cook who enjoys experimenting with new recipes.

Community Leadership

As part of her involvement in the Dallas Women Lawyers Association (DWLA) Leadership Class, Colleen has served on the Media Committee to raise funds in collaboration with Legal Aid events and Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support in Dallas.
