Chuck has long represented a multibillion-dollar outdoor sporting goods retailer with locations throughout the United States and Canada. For more than 20 years, he has represented the client with its anchor tenant leasing throughout its extensive footprint. His client work also includes serving as outside counsel for a Nasdaq-listed auto parts retailer. His work for that client includes M&A, acquisition of existing auto parts store assets and stock purchase transactions.
