Christine helps clients navigate probate and trust administration matters using her legal experience and interpersonal skills.
Throughout her career Christine has seen her work as a means of helping people achieve their goals. She began her career in finance, assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans and eventually working her way up to operations management. In her prior position as paralegal with an estate planning firm, she valued her work through front-end planning and used those opportunities to help prevent clients’ legal worries in times of crisis. In her current role facilitating probate and trust administration matters, she strives to assist her department in making the process as easy for clients as possible.
She aids senior paralegals and attorneys in valuing estates; reconciling broker statements; maintaining investment and gain/loss information; maintaining financial records; performing trust accountings; preparing distributions, payables and bank deposits; reconciling 1099 statements; preparing and filing probate documents; preparing and filing deeds for title transfers; obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EINs); and maintaining and organizing existing files. She has developed solid working relationships with state and county offices.
