Caleb enjoys interaction with bank lenders and borrowers in the negotiation, structuring, documentation and closing of commercial finance transactions.

Caleb provides documentation and negotiation for bank lender clients, works with borrowers’ counsel to reach agreements and drafts loan documents to close the deals. These loans typically involve real estate development, builder finance, asset-based lending, commercial aircraft lending, floor plan lending for car dealership inventory, and bond finance.

Caleb most enjoys getting to know his clients and working with the different individuals involved in the transactions – from his own team members to opposing counsel.

Outside the Office

In his free time, Caleb hangs out with family, watches college football and enjoys soccer.

Caleb and his wife moved to Dallas to be closer to family, including their nieces and nephew. Now, they watch them participate in sports and activities as often as possible. Caleb also has a toy poodle named Goliath, whom he considers family.

A Nebraska native, Caleb enthusiastically watches Nebraska Cornhusker football games. He also enjoys playing and watching soccer and holds season tickets to FC Dallas, the professional soccer club in nearby Frisco, Texas.
