Bryan is a corporate attorney who believes in making sure everyone is always on the same page.

As a member of the firm’s Corporate team, Bryan is appreciated by both colleagues and clients for sharing information. He understands how much the client benefits when everyone on the team has all the details of a matter, leading to efficiency, streamlining and innovative solutions. Bryan assists clients across industries with contracting, compliance, governance and investments.

Clients value that, prior to joining the firm, Bryan worked as a state and local tax associate at a Big Four accounting organization. As such, he knows the structures and language of corporations. Bryan also served an externship with the Federal Trade Commission, and an internship with the Fulton County Attorney’s Office.

Outside the Office

Bryan enjoys traveling and has been to Japan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, China and Hong Kong – London and Italy, too. He looks forward to more exploration of the European countries.
