Overview

A natural leader and communicator, Brock is a staunch advocate for clients facing complex litigation.

Brock works with the firm’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution team to represent builders and developers in construction and design disputes, to guide employers through labor issues, and to assist educators on mitigating risk. He also contributes to significant pro bono cases.

In order to strategize and solve clients’ most difficult disputes with optimal results, Brock believes in communicating clearly and regularly with clients and internal teams. He strives to align expectations and comprehensive business goals with the matter at hand in order to map out the best path at every phase of litigation. Most importantly, he wants to move client matters forward so they can get back to business.

Outside the Office

In 2020, Brock was chosen as a member of the Elite 11 by the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame honored Brock for his years playing high school and college football. During Brock’s college football career as Team Captain, he received numerous awards including the NAIA Dr. Leroy Walker Champions of Character Award. Brock remains a devoted sports fan and Mizzou season ticket holder. He also tries to instill a love of exercise in his bulldog, Frank.

Community Leadership

Brock contributes his time and talents to a variety of worthy causes.

A natural advocate, Brock has volunteered legal services to Veterans Clinics and pro bono cases, and served as a mentor both at his church and with the Boys & Girls Club of America.
