Brian’s whatever-it-takes mindset is appreciated by clients and legal trial teams.

Known for his organizational skills, Brian assists attorneys at all phases of trial as part of the firm’s Toxic Tort team. Brian provides daily material and logistical support for depositions, court hearings, court appearances, trial proceedings, arbitration and mediations through:

  • Case management
  • Document preparation
  • Research
  • Intraparty coordination and reporting
  • Trial preparation

Brian is familiar with a wide range of document preparation, review and tracking including witness and exhibit lists, transcripts, pleadings, declarations and responses to discovery. He reviews local rules across venues to ensure compliance. Brian also coordinates communications and shared resources among national, local and co-defense counsel.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Brian served six years with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Rivers, lakes, ocean, bay – Brian is a fisherman.

Every weekend, Brian and his young son can be found fishing. Originally from Boston, Brian is also a die-hard Boston Red Sox fan.
