Billie focuses on assisting clients and attorneys with condominium and homeowner association matters.

Billie manages the early stages of the collection process, including the collection of assessments, filing condominium and maintenance liens, and drafting pleadings relating to bankruptcy, probate and small claims throughout Wisconsin. She works closely with attorneys and clients in preparing a wide variety of condominium documents to ensure effective representation in all aspects of community association law.

Clients and legal teams appreciate Billie’s experience, attention to detail and due diligence as she facilitates the legal issues unique to condos and homeowner association (HOA) boards and residents. They also value her role in managing social media updates on condo and HOA issues.

Billie enjoys a story with a historical baseline.

Billie reads and watches all things history. She names Ken Follett as one of her favorite historical fiction authors and recently enjoyed Ken Burns’ “The Vietnam War” documentary series.
