Whether his work involves researching municipal regulations for easements, uncovering ordinances that impact signage or efficiently drafting a lease for a retail office space, Ben enjoys helping clients solve problems related to transactional real estate.
He knows that real estate costs are among the largest items on any company’s P&L, and, therefore, those expenses have the potential for the largest impact. Helping clients realize the most value from their real estate use and investment is a continual goal he pursues with dedication.
As a task-focused individual, Ben sees real estate projects as one large task that has multiple subsets of smaller tasks, all done in order and in accordance with specific laws, regulations and norms. At the end of the day, he enjoys seeing all the pieces come together on behalf of clients.
Ben also drafts and reviews commercial agreements for clients in a variety of industries, including procurement and marketing contracts. Ben advises clients in these matters with a keen eye toward minimizing client risk while maximizing returns.
