She is experienced in the fields of insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental regulatory compliance, reinsurance disputes, subrogation recoveries, commercial mortgage-backed securities litigation and surety claims.
Rebecca played a key role in complex arbitrations involving a large number of defaulted commercial real estate loans insured under secured creditor policies. In 2012 and 2013, she participated in a team effort to successfully orchestrate a comprehensive reserving analysis of a particular book of claims for one of the world’s largest insurance companies.
Rebecca is responsible for managing multimillion-dollar submissions of CERCLA costs to the U.S. government for reimbursement, which includes the identification and reconciliation of hundreds of response cost invoices.
