Ashley’s practice focuses on labor and employment counseling, mediation and litigation. She assists clients in lawsuits and administrative claims involving alleged discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Ashley also counsels employers about personnel decisions, wage and hour matters, internal complaints, investigations and disability accommodations. She drafts personnel policies, employment contracts, employee handbooks and severance agreements. Additionally, she provides training to management and non-management employees on personnel issues.
Ashley enjoys working with a diverse range of employers to find creative solutions to help their business grow and thrive with the right employees. Before joining the firm, Ashley worked at the Air Force Research Institute. As an editor of the French language edition of Air & Space Power Journal, she coordinated outreach efforts with French-speaking militaries and embassies worldwide.
