Arooj focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, and represents a wide array of clients that include public companies, private companies, and private equity firms. 

She has experience in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and other direct investments. Arooj also advises private and public companies on corporate governance, including compliance with SEC rules and periodic reporting requirements. Arooj maintains an active pro bono practice, and is a member of Husch Blackwell’s Recruiting and True North committees.  

While in law school, Arooj interned for the Honorable Judge Brian C. Wimes of the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, and with the Honorable Judge Thomas H. Newton of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, where she gained extensive experience in complex civil litigation cases.
