An experienced attorney who has handled numerous mass tort claims, clients trust Arlene because she understands and anticipates the turns such litigation can take. But Arlene also understands that every case involving claims of product liability, premises liability, mass tort or catastrophic injury is unique, and she collaborates with medical subject-matter experts to customize a defense plan for each client. Arlene represents manufacturers, premises owners, insurers, suppliers, distributors, contractors and others in a variety of sectors including automotive and construction.

Arlene is adept in all aspects of trial in state and federal court, from initial complaint, discovery, defense strategy, motion practice, deposition and pre-trial preparation. Additionally, Arlene has served since 2012 as Judge Pro Tem in the discovery department of San Francisco Superior Court.

Arlene and her kids enjoy skiing and scuba diving.

Arlene stays busy with the sports, activities and enthusiasms of her three school-aged children. Currently, that’s competitive cheer for Isabella, basketball for Matthew and skateboarding for Nathan.
