Ariel has assisted with and managed a wide variety of matters including contract disputes, breach of warranty disputes, products liability defense, breach of fiduciary duty claims, construction disputes and trade secret infringement cases.

She has delivered results to clients at every stage of litigation by securing early dismissals of claims, negotiating attractive settlements, obtaining favorable judgments and winning cases on appeal.
