Ariel’s young daughter captures most of her attention outside the office. Ariel enjoys watching her compete in gymnastics, and the pair travel, watch Duke basketball and attend Broadway shows together (“The Color Purple” and “Hamilton” are their favorites).

Community Leadership

Ariel paves the way for tomorrow's legal leaders.

Ariel is a co-founder of the Leadership and Law Academy, a law camp for minority high school students interested in practicing law. The two-day academy features lectures, discussions and a visit to the courtroom, all designed to get students excited about pursuing a degree and career in law.
