Andrew anticipates potential pathways in business litigation in order to resolve client matters.

His litigation experience includes taking, defending and attending over 80 depositions and authoring numerous motions for summary judgment, motions in limine, motions to apply foreign law, forum non conveniens motions, personal jurisdiction motions, motions to quash, motions to bar evidence, and substantive motions. He has represented national corporations in toxic tort and products liability litigation in Missouri, Illinois and the Eastern District of Missouri, and served as a client liaison on a national coordinating counsel team, where he developed strategy and coordinated its implementation through local counsel. Additionally, Andrew has first-chair trial experience.

Prior to beginning his legal career, he worked as a political consultant, organizing and executing grassroots strategies for local and statewide campaigns while conducting policy research and drafting position statements.

Outside the Office

Andrew and his wife love traveling to other countries, visiting historical landmarks. The couple has two dogs, Spock and Pike. Andrew also plays on a competitive hurling team that travels across the Midwest to compete, winning the 2017 national championship. At home, Andrew works on his vintage Triumph Spitfire.
