Andrew’s extensive in-house and industry experience provides his clients with real-world, practical guidance in connection with a variety of corporate transactions and governance issues.

Andrew draws upon his tenure as a corporate attorney at a publicly traded regional airline to deliver comprehensive legal advice to his clients. He is comfortable working closely with in-house teams and co-counsel across a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, commercial contracts and equipment leases, equity and debt transactions, labor agreements, and mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Andrew has deep experience with the commercial aviation industry and is a certified Airline Transport Pilot. His transactional practice encompasses all areas of the aviation industry, including commercial airlines, logistics companies, and medical aviation services, among others. He has worked on capital markets transactions and a variety of commercial contracts, including maintenance and IT agreements, property and equipment leases, and aircraft and engine purchases. Additionally, he has deep regulatory experience and has represented private businesses before various government agencies, both U.S. and international, in informal hearings.

Andrew’s in-house experience also shaped his perspectives on corporate governance and his ability to provide corporate officers and board members with advice on a range of governance challenges, including ESG, SEC compliance, shareholder communications, and crisis management.

  • Provided oversight as in-house counsel on initial public offering.
  • Oversaw the negotiation and implementation of collective bargaining agreements and new capacity purchase agreements with major international airlines.
