The intellectual challenge of solving problems for clients is the most rewarding aspect of legal work for Anders, focusing on class action and antitrust matters.

Antitrust, one of Anders’ great professional enthusiasms, found him by chance. At a smaller law firm earlier in his career, a colleague needed immediate assistance with an antitrust case, and Anders was the only other attorney working that morning. He got pulled in on the case and immediately realized it was the right fit for his skillset. He since has expanded his class action and antitrust practice, while continuing to gain significant wins and build lasting relationships with clients.

Anders concentrates on litigation, dispute resolution, and labor and employment matters, defending clients in construction and insurance, among other industries. In class action work, Anders has defended an NFL team, and represented major hospitals in antitrust cases. As a litigator, he’s represented a variety of matters in state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
What Anders enjoys most about the law is applying his knowledge and experience in a people-based atmosphere. This is synonymous with what clients appreciate about working with him: they know Anders is diligent in looking out for their best interest.
