As a toxic tort trial attorney, Amrita brings familiarity with health law and science to each client case.

As a trial attorney focusing on Asbestos Litigation, Amrita is appreciated by clients and legal teams for her strong writing skills and ability to ask the right questions. Her education in health law matters and the life sciences means she can easily grasp medical and biomedical terminology. Amrita works closely with clients and legal teams on discovery, interrogatory response and drafting motions, among other stages of trial. She enjoys finding innovative solutions to challenging legal situations. Knowing that no two cases are alike, she researches and considers not only the medical and legal facts of each case, but the client’s individual business goals in order to find best defense pathways forward.
