Amrine guides clients through corporate transactions.

Amrine always knew she wanted to be an attorney, but she wanted to gain hands-on financial experience before law school. She started her career with four years as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a major accounting firm. The role gave her a unique perspective on the legal profession, as well as a strong background in financial due diligence in the M&A space.

During law school, Amrine served as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, where her work included drafting formation documents for corporations and LLCs, contributing to due diligence processes, and supporting various areas of practice with research and drafting memos. Now a fully qualified attorney, she focuses her practice on a wide range of deal work, leveraging her financial background to provide comprehensive legal services.

Amrine is known for her reliability, capability, and strategic approach to her work. She is also recognized for her personal skills and adaptability, and clients especially appreciate her ability to bring her pre-law financial background to bear on their transactions.
