Amanda is a paralegal who assists attorneys with trademark compliance issues.

Additionally, Amanda has worked as a paralegal assistant in the area of real estate and development, where her primary focus was on the compliance of special taxing districts in Missouri. She also assisted attorneys in the due diligence and management of real estate documents in commercial transactions and was involved with searches and filings in accordance with Revised Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Amanda also has worked in foreclosure-related areas of the law. At a property title insurance company, she assisted bank clients with title insurance policy and clearance issues on properties undergoing short sales and deed-in-lieus of foreclosure transactions. Amanda also has worked as a paralegal assistant at a boutique creditors rights law firm. From reviewing title commitments to filing pleadings, she assisted attorneys with judicial foreclosure proceedings in Kansas and Iowa.
