Overview

Adam assists clients in the energy industry with their real property needs.

Adam has extensive experience representing developers, owners, and operators of energy and natural resources projects, and assisting clients with their real estate needs. Adam drafts and negotiates leasing, purchase and sale, master service, confidentiality, operating and surface use agreements; deeds; conveyances; financing instruments; and other real property documents. He also has experience representing clients in contract disputes, drafting and reviewing title opinions, obtaining state permits, and advising clients on state energy and environmental regulations.

He’s usually at the client’s side all the way through the process, from the first contact with landowners or acquisition through the full development and eventual divestiture of the project. Adam was first drawn to a legal career because he considered it a service-driven industry with frequent opportunities to help when people are in need—an attitude that’s still reflected in his client service today.

Adam appreciates the detailed nature of energy and real estate transactions. In addition to providing quality work product, Adam is best known among clients as a responsive professional and excellent communicator.
