Overview

Sandy is a senior paralegal who helps attorneys with condominium and homeowner association matters such as account analysis, collection of assessments, filing of condominium and maintenance liens and lien foreclosures in courts throughout Wisconsin.

She works closely with attorneys in preparing executive summaries, compiling maintenance and repair checklists, and revising rules and regulations for associations. Sandy also works closely with clients to ensure effective representation in all aspects of community association law.
