Kimberley has successful trial and appellate experience representing a variety of clients in employment litigation. She has obtained summary judgments and defense verdicts and has handled successful appeals in complex federal and state employment lawsuits.
Kimberley regularly defends civil rights claims based on age, sex/gender, race, disability, retaliation and sexual harassment; whistleblower claims; public policy wrongful discharge claims; constitutional, due process and free speech claims; and employment contract claims. Her breadth of experience extends to large and mid-sized public and private corporations, limited liability companies, high-level corporate executives, partnerships, municipalities, non-profit organizations, healthcare providers and management companies, private and public schools, and faith-based organizations. Kimberley’s practice includes representing clients in proceedings before state and federal courts, Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Labor (DOL), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and multiple state employment law enforcement agencies.
Kimberley also regularly represents clients in employment agreements, defending claims of unfair competition, restrictive covenants and executive compensation matters.
